Gualtiero Marchesi thinks that music represents a very important discipline, source of languages and ideas. On the occasion of the 6th edition of Dolcemente, he will propose a meeting on the art of composition, essential part in the musical European tradition. Marchesi has invited four experts on different subjects and each of them will speak about composition in his own field: the aim is a comparison among the different arts. Pastry will be investigated as the cooking speciality which requires the greatest attention in composition. The lesson is addressed to everyone who wants to deepen his knowledge in different fileds and arts.
