Pastry School
The cooking school Scuola della Cucina Italiana, reference model for enthusiasts and professionals, will be in Pisa for Dolcemente and will offer practical courses to develop and deepen the participants’ abilities in pastry. The Chef Pâtissier Mauro Iannantuoni will lead a programme of activities with several levels, to satisfy the different needs of simple enthusiasts, students or famous chefs.

Workshop for enthusiasts
For the ones who love the art of cooking cakes, a lesson dedicated to the monoportions, to surprise guests with appetizing finger sweets and tempting puddings. In one hour and a half time two quick and practical recipes will be presented, together with some instructions on decoration.
