Discovering the Tuf Line: a small piece of cake whicapparently reminds of the tofu, typical element of the Loire Valley, but is actually very soft and tender.
This creation by the Angevin maitre Laurent Petit will be accompanied by other tastings of delicious cakes and pies of the pastry shop Dolci Katrin of Olomouc.

Tasting of the famous cake witthe liqueur centre and of the new creation of Bonci, accompanied by a dessert wine chosen by L’arte del bere e…: the Verduzzo Friulano DOC from the Azienda Agricola Leonardo Specogna
